You Have One Day ? Do a Fast.

Detox For Life, LLC.If you are considering a detox program but don’t think you have the time.  Start with a one day fast.

Start by cutting back on saturated fats and processed sugar. Begin by eating detoxifying foods such as broccoli and cauliflower.  These foods are known to produce liver-supporting enzymes.  Also incorporate orange and green colored vegetables that are high in Vitamin C and of course fiber.  Those purple fruits are filled with antioxidants so don’t forget to add those to your daily diet as well.
