In just three days you can complete a healthy juice fast. Be sure to prepare ahead of time by purchasing fresh and preferably organic fruits and vegetables that are in season.
Make sure you have a good quality juicer on hand. Try to use more of the vegetables in your fast as the fruits have a lot of sugar in them naturally. You can use apples, spinach, ginger, carrots and other assorted fruits and vegetables that you find that are ripe. Be sure that during the three day time period you are only taking in the juices and lots of water. This will trigger your body to release toxins that are stored in your system. You may want to add fiber supplements to your program for the extra benefits they may give your body or you may add the powder forms to your juices.
