Yerba Mate Citrus Energy Drink (makes one gallon)
3 qts. water
8 tbs. yerba mate
1/2 lb. ginger (sliced and fresh)
Boil the ginger for 10 minutes, remove the ginger and add the mate leaves, steep leaves for 10 more minutes then strain out the leaves.
Add:
Juice from 12 lemons
Juice from 12 limes
12 mashed strawberries
(1) 8 ounce jar of honey (locally found if possible)
Mix and add ice as desired or drink hot.

Take a piece of thread that is free of knots, smooth it with ghee (clarified butter). Place one end of the thread into one nostril and, closing the other nostril with one finger, inhale through the open nostril and exhale through the mouth.
