Angie’s Golden Almond Crunch Quinoa/Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- ½ C. chia seeds soaked in ½ C. water, set aside in a mason jar
- 2 C. almond or coconut milk
- 1 Tbls. slivered almonds
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ½ C. of cooked cooled quinoa
- ½ tsp tumeric powder
- Dash of cinnamon
Drizzle of Maple syrup
- Pour all ingredients into a Mason Jar
2. Stir/Shake real well – Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
3. Garnish with your favorite nuts or berries and drizzle with maple syrup
