Put in glass salad bowl:
Chopped fresh kale (the entire bunch)
Vinaigrette:
1oz rice vinegar
1oz sesame seed oil
1 oz olive oil
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz soy or Braggs amino acids
Emulsify (blend real well)
Season to taste with black pepper (1/2 tsp) and garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
Toss Vinaigrette with kale and sesame seeds let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Perfect alternative to boring side salads!
