The combination may result in a reduced production of a hormone called prolactin, which can cause the moodiness, bloating and cramps.

 

Make your goal to take in at least 15 milligrams of vitamin E a day from fruits and veggies like broccoli, kiwifruit, and spinach.  Combine them with foods high in healthy fats, such as nuts, sunflower seeds, peanut butter and avocados.
