Ingredients
- 3 cups of coconut milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- Sliver of vanilla bean
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- optional: shaved chocolate, cacao nibs, chopped hazelnut for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients (except garnish and maple syrup)
- Poor in air tight glass bowl, mix in nuts and drizzle the maple syrup over the pudding
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
- Serve and garnish with , shaved chocolate or berries
