Ingredients:
* 3 cups of coconut milk
* ½ cup chia seeds
* 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
* 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
* Sliver of vanilla bean
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* optional: shaved chocolate, cacao nibs, chopped hazelnut for garnish
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients (except garnish and maple syrup)
2. Poor into an air tight glass bowl, mix in nuts and drizzle the maple syrup over the pudding
3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
4. Serve and garnish with, shaved chocolate or berries
