Soak the following 3 ingredients for 1 hour:
Whitefish chopped into tiny bits
Lemon
Lime
Combine the following in a large bowl:
¼ Large red onion
2 Persian cucumbers
1 Serano chili
½ Large avocado
Sea Salt
Pepper
Togarashi Nanami (Japanese Chili Powder)
1 T Olive oil
Tumeric
Bag of Micro Greens
Dressing: emulsify the following ingredients
1 Garlic clove crushed
½ in Fresh ginger crushed
1 Lime
Dash of pepper
½ T Togarashi Nanami
½ C rice vinegar
¼ C citrus ponzu
1/3 C Braggs Amino Acids or Tamari Soy
1/3 C Sesame oil
