How Often Should I get my Ears Coned?

Each individual is unique, and the frequency of ear coning should be determined based on individual needs. It’s common to initially perform ear coning 2 to 3 times over a few weeks, followed by monthly or bi-monthly sessions thereafter.

Excessive use can lead to over-drying of the ears, as they are sensitive. Therefore, it’s important not to overdo ear coning sessions.

Why Should I get My Ears Coned?

When earwax hardens, it can become impacted, leading to potential serious issues such as hearing loss, frequent ear or throat infections, persistent itching, or even loss of balance.

Ear coning offers benefits for individuals traveling by land or air, as changes in elevation and air pressure can affect the ears, sinuses, and Eustachian tubes. Those who wear hearing aids, swim frequently, or use telephones extensively may produce more wax than others.

Using ear coning is an effective method to prevent the buildup of excess wax and fungus, thereby reducing the risk of developing serious problems related to ear health.

What Should I Expect from Ear Coning?

Experience the soothing benefits of gently clearing debris from the ears and relieving sinus congestion.

Ear coning can promote youthful, radiant, and healthy skin by detoxifying and balancing the body, contributing to longevity through the process of detoxification.

During the process, the small end of the cone is placed in the ear and the large end is lit. The gentle vacuum theory suggests that it draws out debris, depositing it into the cone.

Each session typically lasts between 10 to 15 minutes per ear, and no heat is felt in the ear during the process.
