Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

 

Ingredients
•2 C. Almond Milk
•½ C. Chia Seeds
•1 Tbls. Of PB8 or your favorite nut butter (almond/cashew)
•1tsp. Raw Cacao

Drizzle of Maple syrup

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients (except maple syrup)
2. Poor into an air tight glass mason jar/container
3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
4.  Garnish with, shaved chocolate or berries, and a drizzle of Maple Syrup

 

A 100-gram serving of chia seeds is a rich source of the B vitamins thiamine and niacin (54% and 59%, respectively of the daily value (DV), and a good source of the B vitamins riboflavin and folate (14 and 12%, respectively). The same amount of chia seeds is also a rich source of the dietary minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and zinc (>20% DV).
